ASTA MEMBERSHIP

At Maine ASTA, we stay on top of critical legislation and regulations at all levels of government and make it easy for you to help us advocate for our industry's priorities. For example, during the pandemic, we successfully worked to secure unemployment insurance benefits for independent contractors, ensured that travel agencies were included in the CARES Act and successfully advocated for sensible policies that helped reopen travel. With your help, our advocacy efforts also have headed off hundreds of millions of dollars of unwieldy taxes and regulations.

Equally important, we provide resources to keep you in the know so you can quickly adapt to changes and opportunities. Maine ASTA members gain access to training and educational networking events within the state of Maine and beyond. Also if you so choose, you can participate in National events and certification programs. Plus, as an ASTA member, you’ll boost your credibility with new customers and suppliers.
